By accessing this website and enrolling in our courses, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Bondar Academy provides online test automation education services, including but not limited to:

• Video course content covering frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and API testing
• Hands-on practice assignments with real-world scenarios
• Personalized code review and feedback from instructors
• Downloadable resources, code examples, and supplementary materials
• Access to community features and support channels

The specific features available to you depend on the Learning Program or course you have enrolled in.

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, course access is provided for the duration stated on the course or Learning Program page.

Course content, including videos, code examples, assignments, and materials, may not be downloaded, copied, shared, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Bondar Academy. Screen recording, capturing, or otherwise reproducing course content is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is for your individual use only. Account sharing, including sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Each person accessing the courses must have their own paid enrollment. For team or corporate access, please contact us at info@bondaracademy.com for appropriate licensing arrangements.

Certain Learning Programs include practice assignments that you may submit for code review. By submitting code for review, you grant Bondar Academy a non-exclusive license to review, comment on, and use anonymized portions of your submission for educational purposes, including demonstrating common patterns or mistakes to other students.

You retain ownership of your original code. Code review feedback is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional consulting or guarantee that your code is production-ready or free of bugs.

All content on this website and within our courses, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, code examples, assignments, curriculum design, and teaching methodologies, is the property of Bondar Academy LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The compilation and arrangement of all content is the exclusive property of Bondar Academy LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted for your personal educational use under these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, including businesses procuring Services for their employees or teams. Corporate and team licenses are available and may include additional terms specific to enterprise use. You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or make available any course content to third parties
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems connected to the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from using the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services
• Use the Services for competitive analysis or to develop a competing product

9.1 Eligibility

A full refund is available if you request cancellation within 10 calendar days of enrollment AND you have consumed (watched) no more than 10% of the course content. Content consumption percentage is displayed in the course player interface.

9.2 No Refund Conditions

No refund will be issued after 10 calendar days from enrollment or if more than 10% of content has been consumed, whichever occurs first.

9.3 How to Request

Submit refund requests to info@bondaracademy.com with your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

9.4 Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BONDAR ACADEMY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR LEARNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CAREER OUTCOMES, EMPLOYMENT, OR PROFICIENCY LEVELS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONDAR ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bondar Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Services.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Bondar Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course content at any time to reflect changes in technology, frameworks, or best practices. We strive to keep content current but do not guarantee that all content reflects the latest versions of any software or framework.

If a course is discontinued entirely, enrolled students will be notified and may be offered a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at bondaracademy.com/privacy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
